To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment and then you will have additional 5 days to lodge the return parcel after receiving the return shipping label. Item/s lodged outside of this time will not be accepted.

  • They must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 
  • Sale items, including Sample Sale or items purchased with a promotion code of 20% or more are only Eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Orders placed with Afterpay are only Eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • If you have received a product with a manufaturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with images of the faults for preliminary assessment. If the manufaturing fault is not brought to our attention within 48 hours, or if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to misuse including trying to fit in sizes that are too small, the product will be found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty


Are there any charges of Return?

  • For Australian customers, L'ETE FEMME will be responsible for all shipping costs. In the instance that you have requested multiple exchanges on the same order, L'ETE FEMME will only be responsible for the shippinng costs associated with the first exchange.
  • For International customers, L'ETE FEMME will be responsible for the cost of original postage to you. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note we only accept returns made by DHL Express. The cost of return postage will be calculated and advised upon return request. 

How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved



How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the refunds if you are approved.
  • A credit note will be issued immediately or refund  will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
